Weezer is my favorite band of all time!! I’ve seen them live around 25 times. They were also the first concert I ever went to back in 1993.

I freaking love Weezer. It was an anthem for them and people loved this song - it was a radio hit for them. My teenage kids love this song and actually everything from them. They have them in their mixes. They're a vibe. Their music has stood the test of time for sure. We were talking about a current band and how we can hear the Weezer influence. I still listen to their stuff. That Blue album is awesome. I think I've said that here before. It's just killer! They're just so good! I'm glad you enjoy them too!

Once you said this sounded like an anthem, I realized that Weezer often made songs that stood out at the time. I really like this band and it was one of the bands I introduced to my son when he was ready for exploring music.

Weezer is one of those bands that have been around forever, people definitely know who they are, but they often get more overlooked than they should within the more "wellknown" bands space of the last 25-30 years. They are really fun, creative, aren't afraid to try new things, and they've had some absolute bangers.
