The alphafly shoes are really good for road long distance running. I wouldn’t really recommend doing track intervalls with them, because they’re really soft and aren’t made for high speeds. If you are more a middle distance person (5k-10k), than i’d recommend the nike vaporfly’s insead. If you are looking to run half or full marathons than the alphaflyes are perfect.

I prefer Vaporfly Next %2 over Alphafly, lighter can do from 5-42km, no problem for speed training & distance training 🔥

Edit: I got them and they're overrated. They are better for thinner feet, the carbon plate feels a little awkward. They're very good looking shoes so ill just wear them as fashion.
