Just a thought, if the James Webb can detect the atmospheric compositions of planets. Would it be able to detect if a planet had an industrial type of civilization on the planet though the atmospheric composition of industrial chemicals, or if there is radiation in the atmosphere showing possible nuclear weapons testing?
