If you don’t have an incomplete group like for example two (but not all three) reds, score on the value of the dice. If there multiple incomplete groups, only one incomplete group can be scored. This was originally Don’t Go To Jail in 1991 (without the houses nor the house die), then it was relaunched as Monopoly Express (which has the house die) in a round case (with a round dice tray to set the chosen dice). Good thing Monopoly Diced! has the square shape closely reflecting the game board.

It's sad when 2 people play a game and one of them don't like it and is the winner.
I was rooting for Melissa because she was enjoying it.

You missed a rule that was the cornerstone of Monopoly. When you first complete any of the 7 neighborhoods starting with your next turn you roll the house die for the rest of your turn. If you roll a house you (3 of the 6 sides) add one house to the board(not the die) in one of the the 4 blank spaces next to the 600 space. When you decide to stop rolling you would get 1000 for each house (max 4) and if you roll a hotel after you get 4 houses you would get 5000 each time. Also you have 1 side that will take away a house and 1 side that lets you remove 1 go to jail dice. Of course if you bust at any point before you stop rolling you get nothing. After your turn you remove everything from the board including the houses. This game had many different names and originally came out in 1991. That version and some subsequent early ones didn't have the houses with the house die (boring). It was one of the first roll and writes.
