I had a heart attack 4 weeks ago. I had a 99% inclusion in my LAD artery. I am very lucky to be alive. I am currently dealing with a ton of anxiety right now. I’m so anxious that if I am not eating perfectly or if I don’t get my steps in that I will have another attack. Your idea of getting therapy is a great one. I think I’m going to do that.

I just had a heart attack
On November 16.
I Had stent put in
I had a artery that was 100 % blocked
I Spent 4 days in the hospital.
I feel good now
But the heart Dr
Said I a lot of healing to do even if i do feel good
He said i did some damage.
And that will take a while
To fix.
He dose not want me to go back To work until at least March the first.
But I going back Monday December 7.
I am so frustrated with all of this.

You guys are lucky, i had a heart attack followed by a cardiac arrest. Nice.

I have a small heart attack a nd a stent and after that panic attacks

I had a heart attack. I was running 2 miles daily, Training at gym and eating healthy. I think it was the ecig or probably viagra. haha. I took the high dose 5 times over 1 month. Even though I don't really need it. And never needed before.

Get a sleep test done to see if you suffer from sleep apnea - a cpap sleeping machine is a life saver
