When I first heard about hats in tf2 all the way back in 2012, my mind was blown.
"YOU CAN WEAR A HAT IN THIS GAME???"
Sadly it doesn't give the same vibe for modern cosmetics

Of course I do. Back in the days when I was really into TF2 the first time around I also often saw or heard it being called Hat Fortress. I have no idea of that's still the case.
