AquaFIIT Coach Stacy will show you how to stay right next to our pool wall and use it to increase our resistance and take up our intensity. A variety of creative wall exercises will be done so that we build muscle, burn calories, and shape up our bodies. No equipment necessary, just your own body weight. Not a lot of space needed, so can be done while others are in the pool. Just set up by the side and get ready to move. I am 34 year old female. I have never done any workouts before (other than walking 😬). I have weak knees and it’s hard for me to do lots of the regular workouts. Would it be okay if I did this workout 3 days/week. And did some walking on the other days. Would this be helpful to strength my whole body muscles ?
