If you're looking for a fun "full body" complete pool workout that burns calories, tones your muscles, and improves your balance, you'll want to join Coach Stacy for her AquaFIIT Traveling Pool Workout. Workout is approximately 36 minutes of exercises followed by 7 minutes of stretches. The exercises are created so that you can perform them down the length of your pool to increase the intensity of the moves. All exercises can also be done in place, without traveling, if you have limited space. A variety of ways to keep yourself moving; have fun; and change your body for the better. Great workout for when your pool water is getting cooler and you need to keep moving. Underwater and above water views shown during the length of the video!!!!

Please warm up prior to performing these exercises. There is a stretch included at the end of the workout.

This workout is more challenging then some of my beginner videos. Please work to your own abilities and rest as needed. All exercises can be done without equipment, if desired.

Very challenging, fast paced workout - especially the disco arms with water weights. I appreciated all the underwater shots.

Another fun one. Thanks you Stacy. My favorite move in this one was the side ways flutters working the legs and obliques.The disco arms with the buoys were really hard. I had to do it without the buoys.

I added my ankle weights for this one which was great except not for anything floating unless you’re a strong swimmer or are in the mood for a shallow water drowning. Lol. I’ve never been a good swimmer so I just subbed some standing strength moves instead. Love this workout, it is fun to move around the pool.

Thanks for adding! Really looking to up my game this summer and work out on a more difficult level. Would appreciate more tips on making each move more challenging. Tip: if you dont have dumbbells it works with pool noodles if you've done other videos and know how to adjust the moves. Love this video!

Haha, I’m glad you addressed the shoe issue because I kept noticing the switch between them on and off. I’m so OCD like that. Thanks for another fantastic workout. I can’t wait to get in my pool today. I have a question, not necessarily directed at you but I’ve noticed so many more ads lately. Is this controlled by the poster or by YouTube trying to get us all to upgrade? It’s not a criticism just curiosity because I may have to upgrade. It’s not easy skipping ads with wet hands 🤣

Just to clarify, when I watched it the first time there were a ton of ads. Which was fine since I was in the house checking out it out first. The second time, in the pool, there were no ads. So problem solved!

I just go t my water shoes and with them on, the flutter kicks pretty much keep me in one place. Power problems 🤣
