To me, the most impressive update is the instant photo crop feature

The addition of a lock to hidden and recently deleted is super nice. Before this I was turning off the hidden album while not using it (the photos are still saved) and re-enabling it for every use, just hoping that nobody else knew how to do that.

Seeing the “WiFi password” as a feature brings up what could be a VERY useful feature… imagine if the WiFi connection info were able to be shared via AirDrop like a Contact could be… additionally, imagine if that connection could be time limited… “here, I’ll give you an hour of WiFi via AirDrop”

Man very helpful video I’ve been using iPhone 11 Pro Max since December 2020 and I’m not thinking of upgrading to the 14 series until apple change the back of the iPhones surprisingly my battery health is still maintains to 86% of its capacity after 2 years of heavy use it’s awesome 🤩

So, iOS 16 has actually fixed a few major issues as well. First, when shooting 4K60P in Dolby Vision on the iPhone 13 / Pro, the quality was terrible anytime there were panning or sweeping movements. That seems to have been rectified...and for that, I'm super happy. Second, slow motion at 240fps on the 13 / pro used to stutter like crazy - major glitch. That is also fixed now. There is a new issue that has appeared, however, on the 13 / pro. Selfie photos and portraits are saved as very low quality files. I'm sure Apple will catch this one pretty quick, but it seems like every time they fix something, they break something else. Thankfully, from what I've used so far, IOS 16 is a fantastic update.
