Follow these steps:
1. Connect your device to a Mac
2. iPhone should prompt something like "Should I trust this device". Tap on "yes".
3. Open Xcode on Mac.
4. Go to Window -> Devices And Simulators from the Xcode menu.
5. Unplug and plug your phone back.
6. Now go to Settings -> Privacy & Security, and the "Developer Mode" setting should be there on your iPhone.
7. Tap on it and enable the Developer mode, and it will ask you to restart your device, and after that, you'll be all set.

Look for Lockdown Mode and when it is turned on Turn it off!
