Probably a dumb question .... but was wondering what is probability of my sons tv being Upon any purchases from the Microsoft store for him ( vbucks for Fortnite) . Is it logical when he clicks to purchase the screen buffers and asks me to verify my email password? I was told by someone it seems like it’s hacked upon setup . ? Because a smart tv wouldn’t ask you to verify personal information such as that? ... so long story even longer .. I contact Xbox support each time my son wants vbucks ! and they bypass entering the password on my end ... just need some insight if possible if in fact, this tv is hacked ? Or is it common upon purchasing from Microsoft store to enter your personal information ?

I was given this tv as a replacement because my parents broke theirs and they needed to take mine and apparently since i only use it for gaming i dont need a nice tv.🙃 definitely isnt meant as a replacement for a larger 4k tv but a pretty nice budget tv still

Does anybody knows how to fix this problem, my tv roku tv says this USB device require more power. Use Power adapter if available for more help. I been doin this the past 6 hours to search what wrong with it I even called geek they cant help me cuz of this cov19 smh. I did everything what I could think of. Does anybody knows how to take that off?! Please and thank u
