Roku TV's: Access Secret Menu (System Operations Menu)

I show you how to access the secret menu (system operations menu) on any Roku TV.
This should work on all Roku TV brand/models- TCL Roku TV, Element Roku TV, Westinghouse Roku TV, Sanyo Roku TV, Magnavox Roku TV, JVC Roku TV, RCA Roku TV, Hisense Roku TV, Philips Roku TV, Hitachi Roku TV, Onn. Roku TV, and Infocus Roku TV. Hope this helps.

I can confirm that I was able to access the secret menu on my Roku device (stick) today. This is pretty cool. I never knew about this menu until today.

Would this work if I just want to bypass the roku start up screen? I have a new Directv Gemini and want to only use that instead of accassing the Roku screen that presents the different apps, etc.

That's awesome. I'm always afraid my tv is talking to the internet behind my back and using my limited data. Now I can use this screen to 'Disassociate AP' without resetting my tv and I can view additional tv information. The tv kind of ticked me off when I was trying to watch a movie from the usb input and it gave me some kind of 'accessing internet' error message. I thought to myself, why is this tv trying to access the internet when I'm trying to watch a movie from the usb input. Anyway, I've had fun playing with the controls. Thanks for the video.

Great, but unless I am completely missing it, this is does absolutely nothing of value unless you want to add a custom chime via USB to replace the standard one.

Hello ~ Thank You for sharing the parental control information. Is there a way to set the "volume" (behind the scenes) so the person with the remote cannot raise the volume past 75% ? We have an elderly parent who sits in front of the TV all day - with the volume at 100% - and gets angry if we lower the volume. Yet - in normal daily conversation, she can hear just fine. As long as she sees 100 on the screen, she is fine. Do you have any thoughts?

Update- The 55" tcl roku series 5 I purchased had a factory settings menu that would pop up upon power up instead of going to the home menu. Did a factory reset and still there. Called tcl and they advised me to return to best buy so I did. Exchanged for the Google version, no problems now.. Great picture for this price range! I did find out that I need to update my reciever because it doesn't have 4k capabilities.

I know this video is 3 yrs old but I just got a Roku tv for my man cave and wanted to install my favorite streaming apps such as D+ espn Netflix etc … but can’t without username and password… is there a way to override that some how ? Like a factory reset? Thanks .

Hey, Im having issues with game mode, sometimes it goes on, sometimes it doesn’t, when it’s not games are lagging, response from controler is always late.

Is there a way to get to a technicians service menu to adjust color settings? I have too much blue on my ROKU screen that I can't get out with the picture settings or picture temp setting set to warm? Flesh tomes are way too blue. There is even some blue in the blacks on the screen. A factory reset does no still dominates on the screen.
