Invasión Ruidosón will include a conversation with Alfredo González Reynoso and Reuben Torres moderated by José Higuera López exploring the overlooked, historically significant Latin American music scene called "ruidonsón" that highlights the complexities of border life, and will examine ruidosón's influence on Mexican national identity. This sound fuses folkloric and popular Mexican music with contemporary Western genres like techno, post-punk, and noise. 

The event will include a short film screening with music by Espectro Caudillo (Nacional Records), followed by an afterparty featuring live sets
