A cup of plain Greek yogurt with some pieces of good date is the best breakfast ever. It might be also the oldest breakfast known by civilized humans on earth. For me it is certainly better than the newest breakfast innovation, the breakfast cereal with milk or may be even better than those special nutraceutically engineered cereal bars.

"Eating dates is actually better than eating a banana after a workout", well you can't just say that. You need to compare and contrast the pros and cons of both dates and bananas with respect to their chemical composition and which is actually better for the human body. A publication of at least one scientific study about this subject would be helpful.
