Idy didn't burp or fart after having a 120 ml of milk today morning, so we decided to let her have a Tummy time.
Tummy is good for
- preventing flat spots on the back of your baby's head.
- Making neck and shoulder muscles stronger so your baby can start to sit up, crawl, and walk.
- Improving your baby's motor skills (using muscles to move and complete an action).
A baby can have a Tummy time as soon as umbilical cord stump falls off. But we decided to let her have only by now when she is over 50 days old.
