I recommend a Kind of plush toy. It's like a square fabric with a round bubble in the middle. Mine has ears and looks like a bunny. It's amazing because my baby wasn't able to grasp. This she grasps and let's go. Sucks or sniffs it. And she xarries and holds it in her arm. One end of the four is usually under her arm. So she was able to "carry" out and of you pick her up she was able to hold onto it. Now she is 3 months old and keeps grasping it off you pick her up. It was the only toy she had and could manage. She didn't need a baby gym. Just looking around at Christmas decoration was enough. Now at 3 months she has her baby gym and oball. But it was inpatient for me not to overstimulate her

My 5 week old is obsessed with his o ball. We bat it back and forth together. Yeah I know it's probably unintentional on his part but it still blows his mind when he hits it and it moves.

I've found so many good toys and books at consignment stores for such good deals! I just look for things that can easily be wiped down or sanitized. Board books are easy to clean and so are the balls she showed in the video. You might be able to find 5-10 books for the price of one new one
