So there are three parts to the completion of replacing a tooth: the implant; which is the screw, the abutement, And then the crown .

So the screw goes in first, then the abutment, then The crown on top of the abutment? So the screw and the abutment are considered the implant? Which you have the two parts and then you have the crowd correct? I am missing all my right bottom teeth so I heard you say that I do not need An implant for each missing tooth? Please clarify how many implants I would need for the bottom right. On my bottom left I had a bridge and it was removed and I believe there were three teeth attached which are gone now what I do need to implants for that side? yes, I do have more questions:So, I am about to have full extractions for the upper level, and there are some grants available for cosmetic dentistry here...without worrying about the cost, what is the procedure I have to follow:1 first-I have my extractions and go home waiting the gums to heal;2:after healing, I go have impressions taken for the denture, 3:later on I can have 4 implants to fix the solid denture in place?What if it is a flexible one?that cannot be put on implants?please guide me a little bit...I have already bought 3 miniimplants from china to place them in the gums imediat after the extraction to help the gum survive better to the shock...I bought the artificial denture theeth so that I can make my own denture, but still I have many questions...Should I have the denture ready in the day of the extractions and put it on imediatelly?

can the theeth of the denture be adapted to be used as theeth above the implant, crowns?...cant we drill a whole inside them to cover the abutment?
