I have a question mostly I received the claim in which patient's Medicare part a is active and part b is in active so suggest me correct answer in this situation what we do ? As per me we must be checked that is patient is inpatient then if his her part a is active then we have to submitt claim to insurance but if patient is out patient and his /her part b is inactive then we have to submitt claim to patient??! What's your opinion about this situation
