Everybody knows that Guy is a super-talent in his own right, and a genuine person too. But he also has the best elevator pitches ever! Like who could compete with a pitch like that? I've seen him do it every time he really, really, wants a singer on his team. And he pulls that all out basically on the spot! It's amazing how he can flawlessly pull that off and still be so authentic with his words. Impromptu elevator pitches like that add to the heap of talent the makes Guy one of the top shelf judges/coaches of all the talent shows around the world. Maybe even THE top! His pitch to Jaydean in this episode was just magical! And, of course, Jaydean is amazing!

Firstly, that chick in the f&f section wearing the black and white backless dress was 🔥.
Jaydean is an awesome singer. Him and marley together would be out of this world. They have super similar voices, styles, and delivery. If they riffed off of each other in a collab, brains would melt.
I didnt like the "stamp your own artistry" line guy uses multiple times, but i guess its just part of his pitch and has probably been given to him by some psychoanalytical focus group person.
Also, jaydean was better than bella.
