I'm agoraphobic. Terrified to leave my house. My PTSD/PNES service dog can only do so much AFTER I get on the other side of the doorknob.
I've woke up in a PNES (psychogenic non-epileptic seizure) on days I have appointments.
I've been stuck in the bathroom being sick from both ends. Unable to get to appointments.
Scream crying while driving! I've had to pull over on the freeway to vomit.
I HATE this!
My 1st PNES attacks began in my late 40's. I'm 61 now & NOT better "yet".
I used to act & sing in front of thousands of people!
I've read the only way out of agoraphobia is exposure therapy.
This all started from military PTSD & MST (military sexual trauma).
It snuck up on me. Shrinking my world down to my house. My prison.
I have a tiny YT channel where I talk about this.
