Living alone for the first time has been quite a life-changing experience. Living alone for the first time is definitely a privilege and one I am grateful for. I am very mindful of spending habits since I am fully responsible for all my bills and utilities, while before I'd always split my rent or my utilities with an apartment mate. The art of being alone comes from truly being comfortable with yourself. Even if I live alone I'm not lonely :). There were moments when I felt lonely since I've always lived with someone, but I wanted to share ways to avoid feeling lonely. Feel free to share things you do if you ever feel lonely, too!

Was feeling a little lonely the other night for the first time in a bit so this helped so much! I relate on many levels, it helps to play things all throughout the day whether sound or shows, etc just to feel like you’re with other people, fun exercises and cleaning projects or fun meals/baked goods to look forward to making :) also knowing gods there knowing just how to make you happy/feel safe :) thanks for the video!!
