SCULPFUN S9 Laser Engraving Machine laser beam shaping technology 15mm wood cutting steel engraving

SCULPFUN S9 uses the latest 5.5W laser beam shaping technology . The effect of this technique is to get a super-high-density energy laser beam.

The difference between this technology and the traditional spot compression technology (S6 Pro /A5 Pro) is that it is more than just a thin focus, the entire beam is relatively thin, which can be understood as 3D beam shaping(shape it more slim but not only focus).

The laser shaping effect is that its entire laser beam energy density is very high, which makes the laser light energy utilization rate very high, and the cutting penetrating is more strong. You can check my test. S9 cuts 15mm thick wood. Easily engrave metal or ceramics. Other lasers are far below this.

S9 has an ultra-fine about 0.06mm sharp laser focus, with super cutting penetration and precision, he can cut up to 15mm thick wood, 10mm acrylic, easily carve ceramics and stainless steel, this is almost beyond the effect of 90W CO2 laser.

On the lasergbrl, application, what settings do u put to be able to cut through plywood in 1 go instead of various turns?

Cause when I use it it takes AGES to cut a small file like a cross

Estava usando e o laser ficou bem forte a ponto de clarear o ambiente e depois disso perdeu potência e depois parou de funcionar, a máquina faz todo os movimentos mas o laser não aparece, pode ser a lente ou pode ser que queimou o laser ?

I just gotten this for my first ever engraver/cutter. Going thru all the learning process with Lightburn, great software. I am able to cut 3mm craft plywood at 100mm/min at 80% on single pass, and the 6mm craft plywood at 400mm/min at 100 % with 10 passes. Still learning, both are clean cuts with minimum scorching on top and bottom.

Hey there.. So I just bought one of these bad boys online. I'm waiting for it to arrive and I have a couple of questions.. Well one really..
Q. Does this Laser come with it own software package? I know it probably won't be a great package but surely it comes with some form of software to help ppl get used to using it bcos this is my 1st Laser engraver.. I'm looking forward to using this. I am on the fence but am leaning towards buying the S9. I presently have the entry entry entry level INSMA 3000mW which has served me well through at least 800 burns. My question is knowing how slow the INSMA is which is to say it's slow how mush faster is the S9?
