I had seen the movie before, but one night my wife called me at work and told me her aunt a catholic nun was in town on church business and needed to spend the night, I knew her well so I agreed. My wife said she wouldn't be home til about midnight and asked if I would entertain her. She suggested we watch a movie and the she liked Sci-fi. So I was wracking my brain what movie would be suitable for a 74 yr old nun. I saw Signs in are DVD rack and thought omg the perfect movie. I asked her if she had seen it and she said no. I had a couple of beers and she had a glass of wine. Near the end she looked concerned on the tone of Mel Gibsons character. Needless to say she was overjoyed at the ending and smiled and said "that was wonderful". I told her she could borrow the DVD if she wanted to share it with the sisters at the home. My wife came home and they talked about it and my wife told me I nailed it. lol

Besides this ending this is a great movie really good tension throughout

But like why tf would aliens inavde a planet where nearly every person in the world has access to large qualities of water lmao also how tf are they advanced enough to travel to a different planet but can't make clothes/armor lol so dumb
