This meditation session helped me meet my spirit guides and my late family members. It reminded me that I’m a respected Goddess where I come from and I shouldn’t be struggling with anxiety. Ever since the shift happened, I’ve been feeling somehow and scared for humankind because they don’t wanna wake up from the illusion. But from now on, I’ll only help the ones that help themselves. I’m just going to go back to being my confident self again, nobody deserves anxiety.
