Stop eating fast food and start cooking at home if possible. Buy frozen veggies and fruits it lasts longer and it’s cheaper in my opinion.

You don’t need drugs to lose weight. Drug is approved because there’s long term profits. Whole foods and water is all you need and determination to want to lose weight. Determination ? Yeah that’s what most of these people who try weight loss programs don’t have.
