I came across you in this October and you said it's actually possible to get some type of data job with just Excel expertise. I decided to start learning Excel (I've always hated Excel for reasons I can't explain). I hit a tiny bit of snag. While practicing with your training, I noticed there's no MINIF or MAXIF in my excel. When I wrote the formula anyway, it gave me a #NAME? error.
