It took me an hour to figure out the Data validation @2:06:00. Incase if anyone is stuck there, make sure that the cells are named according to the city before using the =indirect() function. You have to go to Formula tab> Name Manager and then create names for the range of cells according to the drop down list you want the end result to correlate to, otherwise the indirect function will not work.

Absolutely wonderful video Simplilearn!! Just found it and I am working my way through it. It is very clear and I really love it! I did run into a problem with one of the countif formula (approx 1:31:30) used to answer the second question. In the question, it says to find the sales person who made more than 3 sales. When you paste the countif formula to the rest of the table, the range reference changes making the sales reps at the bottom half of the table to fail the criteria. Can be avoided if the range is static (i.e.$C$2:$C$44). Or did I misunderstand the question?
