This woman is an absolute disgrace- this is quite frankly appalling - has been promoted way above her ability to do anything. Even Mr Beer couldn’t believe what he was witnessing.

Thank you for summarising this. I am fascinated by this story from the other side of the world. It seems that this organisation was run by completely incompetent people who are trying to cover for their own incompetence, but they are so incompetent they can't even achieve that.
