Hi Julia. U r the cookie goddess! I am amazed by your 3D cookie series! ♡♥I don't know if this will help, just a suggestion but I use a screened spatula (like used when u make zepoole at a fair.) That fits over your bowl for large pieces, Or a slotted flat spatula fir smaller pieces like To dip cake ball truffles.thought it would help if you put cookie sphere on it and pour icing, over your bowl, let it drip a little and use 2 forks to lift out on to silicone mold for the rest of the excess icing to drip. Save your hands from getting to messy.
