I think Charles is talking truthfully about Tiger and looking out for him. Charles says nothing but good stuff about Tiger and I think there friendship probably took a little turn in different directions (I don't know about there relationship, but just based on the question asked). Me, personally, I think Tiger is hurting inside and I think he contemplated suicide a couple of times. The lost of his father, family, and the impact it has taken on him personally and professionally. I see Tiger just going downhill from here on (I really hope not, I wish him the best).
