If you had bothered to look into it a bit more, you would have found that Ipswich, except for a recent loss at the hands of Newcastle, are in low scoring games that are generally decided by just 1 goal. So their focus seems to be on defence, and it showed. Perhaps they refocused their attention on the defensive side of the game after that big loss and they well knew that Arsenal were next. So in the end, it's not a surprise. Maybe not their best performance but Arsenal won at home, with a clean sheet and are 2nd in the table once again after some of their competitors dropped points. Job done.
