Willow Tree? - animation meme?

Sorry, no new animation. April fools time. Busy with Uni, wont see me animate for a while... BUT SUMMER IS COMING and I've got sooo much in store.

Despite the april fools video, I wanted to be a bit creative. Sometimes I look back at old animation memes and wish it was the same. No, I dont want to "travel back in time" because truth is, that time was awful (hence the edgy animations). But I do miss the old times of the animation meme community. It was more lively. I used to make friends back and forth, make and receive lots of gifts and fanart, animations were posted frequently and we didn't care about the cringe. If we wanted to make a lazy head bop video, we'd do it, and we'd enjoy it.

I wonder what happened. Do you? Why did people drift away from memes? Yes I know they still exist, but it's just not the same. Something's missing..

I think part of what happened with the community to make it disperse was all the controversy that surrounded numerous famous animators at the time, many of whom were children.

This may be April fools and all, but these little animations hit me with so much nostalgia. This was literally the stuff I grew up on when I was younger, especially the animations you made. They impacted me the most, and even till this day, I'm still astonished by them. You're doing a great job, keep up the great work!

People grow and move on to newer things. It's sad that the fun and charm of the old has faded with some remnants of it sprinkled onto a few smaller animators somewhere within the community /gen
