I just did a Google search for rag paper and there are many places to purchase this from. It's incredibly easy to get your hands on.

Its easy to get a hold of, in other countries. Its hard to get a hold of the same paper they use for money in the same country

I've known about the red and blue fibers in paper money since I was in Middle School back in the 80's. My teacher told us about it and then let us look at them with a magnifying glass. Granted, you can see it without a magnifying glass, but the magnifying glass just helped.

People in the comments not realizing the exact rag paper used for printing money is a national secret and is not the same as the stuff you can google search for!😂 The micro fibers also differ for each denomination!😂

Who hasn’t seen that episode of how it’s made… or some pbs show on how money is made… or just some YouTube video at some point? I’m pretty sure most Americans know that money isn’t just plain paper. That patronizing way you try to tell everyone a fact that we already know, as if we had no clue.
