Are there any "counterfeit" salts, i.e. salt that are dyed with artificial coloring to mimic expensive finishing salts such as Himalayan Pink Salt?

Sea salt, made by local salt farmers with centuries old techniques. No colours or dyes, just good salt.

You’re just paying extra for rusty salt if you buy the pink stuff.

Redmond Real Salt from Utah, the good ol' USofA, nothing added, nothing taken away, just pure, natural, unrefined ancient salt directly mined and milled from the source.

I stopped getting red salt after I noticed the water looking rusty when I used it as a brine. Don’t know if that’s even an issue but totally turned me off
