I am now hearing that the environment for him, the gunman, at that factory was very racist. He filed lawsuit against company for allowing co-workers to harass him and place hang noose around the factory. Is this true?

Please don't cover this story up. If this story has to do with a toxic environment at the workplace or racisms. We need to know not covering this up. It happens but a lot of us don't get to that point. There are those that do, we have to do better the way we treat each other.

Ferrill made multiple complaints about racist incidents in the workplace at the Miller Coors brewery.

The allegations came to light in a Facebook post by a Milwaukee businessman who explained "the reason why our Brother snapped at Miller Coors!"

Tony Muhammad wrote: "Why isn't local news asking the why questions? Miller Brewing in Milwaukee has a long and present-day history of employment/on the job discrimination against African American males."

He said Ferrill suffered racial discrimination and harassment from white co-workers. He recently filed a civil lawsuit against Miller Coors's racist work environment, that included a noose hung on his locker.
