Sint Maarten & Saint Martin 🇸🇽 (15 Things to do in this Caribbean gem!)

We traveled to St. Maarten/St. Martin for the first time and explored the best things to do on the island! Our travel vlog includes their airplane beach (Maho Beach), nude beach (Orient Bay Beach), some seriously incredible Caribbean cuisine, a few historic sites, and more!

1. Hike the Devil's Cupper Trail (and if the weather is good, take a dip in the Natural Pool!)
2. Explore the capital of the Dutch side, Philipsburg!
3. Into Urbex? There are a lot of interesting ruins from hurricanes on the island.
4. Check out Fort Amsterdam for 360 degree views of the Great & Little Bays!
5. Snorkel the secret spot by Fort Amsterdam!
6. Eat at one of the local "lolos"... do it for us because we failed to :,)
7. Get close up to the wildlife at Iguana
8. Change countries at the French Border (or vice versa with the Dutch border!)
9. Admire the views at the Rotary Lookout Point! (Also nearby is a cool birding area)
10. Head to the most popular beach, Orient Bay Beach!
11. Feeling daring? Go "au naturel" at the nudist beach!
12. Watch the Airplanes land at Maho Beach! DO IT! It's a BLAST! ;)
13. Hike up to Fort St. Louis for sunset.
14. Try some Caribbean Cuisine at a local restaurant! (The food here is AMAZING!)
15. Visit Marigot, the charming capital of the French Side.

A bonus #.16, but unfortunately not featured in this video: Visit Grand Case, it's supposed to be an awesome laid back beach area!

I was completely attracted by Brandi's plate of shrimp rice, they seemed to tell me with their bright colors that they were delicious!

If you want to go to Orient Bay on the French side it's not private. There is a guard shack but you can drive right in. Best beach and restaurants on the island. You can also find the best beach bars and one spot that makes incredible high end mixed drinks.
