Thats really cool you went out and competed man. I've been struggling with some severe depression and alcoholism over the past 5 or so months and I've recently made changes to stop improve my shit lifestyle by quitting smoking, severely limiting drinking and working out almost every day. Watching what you do is inspirational. The memes are gold but displaying your personal growth to others is very cool too man. Hope you keep improving brother.
