At 0:48 those numbers are hexadecimals and decoded it reads: “Congratulations. If you are reading this, I am impressed. However, your time is still coming to an end. Enjoy your fleeting days. -Ed”

That "I heard it too" one is an amazing example of shock horror done right, holy shit. There's no buildup, instead the sudden fast-paced fear being forced into you rapidly IS the tension, with the demonic creature itself ticking all the right boxes (terrifying design amplified by the drawing style, capability to fly through the house and tear shit apart at a million miles per hour, distorted human screech and deafening sounds in general).

In the intro, number 4 is reversed it says "Watch out for him" and at around 49 seconds a paragraph of hex code is there (I was lucky i was familiar with the looks of the language) translated to letters it reads "Congratulations. If you are reading this, I am impressed. However, your time is still coming to an end. Enjoy your fleeting days. -Ed"

the animations style of the “i heard it too/sarah” one really got me. it was exaggerated in a way that reminds me of my dreams.

The scariest one (IMO) is definitely “I heard it too” with just its very creepy art style, it’s fast paced movement, the way the creature sounds and acts, and just the suspense in just the first 1/2 of the video
