It would be impossible for the average computer user to do what is taught in this video. I updated from 8.1 to 10Pro on July 21, 2024 using this thorough, professional and completely accurate video. There were a just two small differences in my 8.1 to the one in the video, but the solution was easy to figure out and the update was seamless and flawless. I watched the video several time before I made the upgrade. The I used another computer to follow the instruction video, pausing at each step of the way to be sure I was following the instructions carefully. Sometimes I backed up to confirm what I was doing and the end result is perfect. I have used other videos from Memory Tech to clean and speed up another computer and the results were likewise perfect! Thank you Memory Tech!!! Recently purchased a still new in box (never opened) from 2012 HP P7-1451 at a great price off of E-Bay. After fighting the twelve year old Norton Security built into Win 8 by uninstalling it .
