I’ve always loved how easy Taco Soup is! I love this time of the year and what I call soup season. I started making my own taco seasoning which I like better than store bought. Thank you.

I make the Taste of Home recipe...which is very close to this recipe. It is so delicious. We make cornbread and turn it into croutons to toss on top. I put avocado, sour cream, a bit of cheese and a touch of lime sometimes. I just put the soup in the Crock Pot and let it simmer all day. I always make extra and freeze it for a quick meal when we have company. I love soups and stews when the weather gets a bit chilly. Our favorite soup is your Vegetable Beef soup!!! It is so yummy and we love it!!! My husband asks for it a lot and it is so easy to make. Your recipe videos are my favorite...tho I love them all. Thank you Tami and Kevin. Hugs!

Yum! I make pretty much the exact same recipe but in the crockpot and sometimes a different bean. I’ve also swapped the ground beef for shredded chicken breast and that’s delicious too!

I use a very similar package except mine calls for a full package of taco seasoning and ranch seasoning packet. Mine also has an option of either corn or hominy. Love it during the cold weather.

I’m the same way. I don’t add the extra toppings until I know I need them bc extra calories if I can get by without them. I make a similar taco soup. So easy and I always replace the ingredients once I make it so I always have it on hand for a an easy meal.

I never add liquid to my taco soup. Next day we do hot dogs and this taco soup. All the toppings, with cheese corn chips. Cole slaw on the side.... great meal.

This looks good, but I will say rotel can be spicy depending on which you buy. Unless it says mild. I do not think I ever tried the chili version but I could see it being a bit spicy. Anyways on a good cold day this could be perfect

I use a different recipe but same concept… I swap the jalapeños and the rotel with a large jar of salsa… and don’t add beans (they don’t agree with me)… I’ve also used ground Turkey or chicken… you can add rice if you want a more substantial meal…

It's definitely time for soup. I recently spent a big chunk of the day caramelizing onions making french onion soup, with some homemade bread to serve.. Literally the opposite of this lol. But anything for my dear mother 🥰😆

I'd make this recipe but I'd leave out the ranch mix out and use ground turkey .

From the thumbnail it looked like beef consume with tortillas cut into strips, nothing like your end result, need to wear my glasses! This doesn’t appeal, mainly due to the beans and chilli. Thanks for the recipe and review.
