everyone tells the same story: dixie asked me to fix the company but wouldn't give me the actual power to do it.

I think JR would have done well any place he goes to, he has that talent.

Sounds like TNA wanted his name and reputation, without letting him do his job.

TNA wanted Paul Heyman, as well. However, Heyman didn't want so many old wrestlers.

The problems were that TNA was bringing TOO many former WWE/WCW/ECW guys in 2010. They didn't need Balls Mahoney, Blue World Order, Tracey Smothers, Shannon Moore, Orlando Jordan, Sandman, Sabu, Axl Rotten, Nasty Boyz. ALL those performers had their Moment. It was TIME to build up Somoa Joe, AJ Styles, Beer Money inc, Daniels and pass the Torch!

I love that JR used my favorite quote about looking at the menu 🤣

TNA was killing it back in 2010 pre the Hogan/Bischoff debacle, I feel things would've been different if JR. was there instead.

Bottom line..TNA management would have not allowed JR or Heyman to Have it their way..

JR has to be the most humble and introspective individuals in Pro Wrestling..even when he is on stage with Corny..watch his reaction (or lack threreof) when Corny goes off. He is measured, analytical, then speaks! No emotion, straight up class and professionalism!
