Counting baby’s kicks (fetal movement counting) in pregnancy is a great way to monitor your baby’s health. This is a genuine communication from your baby as changes in movement patterns can sometimes indicate that they are under stress.

Do babies move inside all the time ? Do the babies sleep inside also? When should I get alarmed, if I don't feel the movements ?
