CRUSH the cravings

It takes a LOT of discipline to crush ANY craving if you are an #addict of any sort. But #alcohol is the most addictive drug on the planet.If you are trying to kick the #drinking habit, the KEEP trying until you succeed, because practise always makes PROGRESS (never perfect).

ABOUT ME:
I'm an alcoholic in recovery for the first time in 50 years, It was very hard to beat the #alcohol addiction, but after 30 years of trying, I finally did it.
I found I needed several hobbies to keep me distracted from the booze, so you can often find me doing one of these;
Tresure Hunting around tips, upcycling in scrap yards or charity shops.
Metal Detecting with my XP Deus for Iron Age, Roman, Medieval stuff.
Mudlarking in the river Thames or Riverlarking in my local rivers.
