Judge denies new trial for Alex Murdaugh

Alex Murdaugh, the former South Carolina lawyer who was convicted last year of killing his wife and son, will not receive a new murder trial, a judge ruled Monday. Murdaugh’s attorneys alleged the court clerk tampered with the jury that last year found him guilty. Why is it soo important to give Murdaugh years of appeals when it’s been proven he’s GUILTY killing his wife and son, when Murdaugh and the legal system hasn’t given many people in his court dealings an ounce of legal do overs because of his miscarriages of justice??

Good call Judge! Can't use juror Z anymore if she claims to not have a mind of her own. Becky has to be dealt with, if guilty, but the verdict was reached by all jurors.
Wasn't juror Z asked if she could make a fair decision (or something like that) prior to sitting? Makes me think of what my parents used to ask me as a CHILD whenever I claimed to follow others..."would you jump off the bridge because someone told you to?". Make it make sense Z!
