I’m in Thailand on Koh Samui. I went to about 10 agent locations. 4 of them didn’t even exist and the others looked at me like I was a crazy person and fobbed me off to random banks (who didn’t deal with western union).

Not exactly easy to get your own cash if they don’t provide the correct agent information on their own website.
