Turn a Old Tool Case in to a Gun Case Dewalt, Makita Skill

Repurpose and Recycle a plastic cordless drill case in to a usable gun case. Kaizen foam is used to make a perfect match for your firearm or anything you can come up with.

Years ago I did something similar but I used high density foam rubber of different thicknesses. A thinner layer on the bottom Then a layer a little thicker than the hand cannon with the shape of the piece cut out on top and covered it with some cheap imitation velvet, available at any sewing supply store. Stuck it in a cheap-o brief case and done! The foam rubber is nice cause you can be off a little on the measuring and it just conforms to the case. Ya' freaking feel like James Bond walking into the range!! LOL!! Good job with your video. I like these DIY projects.

Like the idea. You said in the video you need a NEW blade in your DeWalt knife. FYI- That knives blade is scored to allow you to break off the dull section and continues using. Keep the videos coming.

Looks pretty good. You could stick a flashlight or a box of ammo? If you decide to only use the 2 mags. A have a few of these aswel but my OCD makes it difficult because of the name on the outside. It may not make much sense to you but to someone like me its very difficult. Thx for sharing
