Thank you so very much professor. The explanation was clear and precise, easy to follow which I truly gratefully appreciated as I was becoming very frustrated and was going into my " this is why I don't like math mode". Will note this explanation as I will use for future references. Again, thank you so much

Thank you so much for a clear explanation sometimes in these types of videos they skip the method since they already know it and think it'd easy but your explanation is very clear keep it up.

Can your next video be about arithmetic and geometric sequences the videos you posted back then don’t have all of the scenarios of an arithmetic/geometric question

Might I suggest L=((P/4)+2B) and W=((P/4)-BA) where B is arbitrary variable. And P is parameter... so in this case... knowing P=56 and W+4=L then just sub in using logic... where the difference between the two is... L-W which is 4B=4 so B =1 then sub in the original 2 equations.. W=((56/4)-2)=(14-2)=12 and L=((56/4)+2)=(14+2)=16... the best reason to solve this way is if ur given a parameter and an area and asked to solve what lengths give you that Area then you can just use the same Equations again... ((P/4)+2B)*((P/4)- 2B)=A where A is an Area... you will end with a nice polynomial of -4B^2 + (P/4)^2=A then just fill in... in this scenario I'm gunna just start with the answer which is 16*12 or 192then fill in.... -4B^2=192-(14^2)... -4B^2=-4 then B^2=1.. now sub into the original equations again and to get that Area B must be 1 meaning L=((56/4)+2B)= 14+2=16

I used the method. And it worked but my has to change the letter like the lenght is B and the width is A instead.
