It was the girl's birthday wish to see Caitlin play at Carver Hawkeye arena and it was her first Iowa Women's Basketball game. The last minute shows the predominantly young females attending the game. After she gave the shoes to her young fan, all the autographs were to girls under 15 y/o, by my estimate. At 21, she is really having a good effect on the younger female generation. Because of CC, I'm a fan of iowa female basketball. I watch games on ESPN and follow the box scores. I saw all the 'Big Dance' games in March on YT. And I'm 74, male, never watched 'girls' play sports before. As a whole, female college BB is being played on a pretty high level.
BTW, she is accompanied by 2 police officers, with 1 standing shoulder to shoulder with her. Is this an indication of her true celebrity status?
