You know what I think, it is Andreobee or SmartyPie who replaced the disk (no hate, mind. Andreobee is one of my favorite Herobrine Smp member). You may ask how? Well, who put lava on Ujjwal's tower and activated the Tnt's, even though Ajju didn't confirmed? Andreo (All the other members were either with Ujjwal and Ajju discussing and arguing, or others (like Fleet) were hanging around opening chests and doing things expect for Andreo and Ishan, who were near the tower and Ishan, in his stream, clearly showed that he didn't do it). Who took the photo when Fleet was trying to save Chapati's house? Andreo. Who spawned so many withers? Andreo. Who saw Fleet and Ujjwal chilling (except for Ishan)? Andreo. Also, for those who didn't watched the main stream from Ishan's side, let me tell you that he kept the original disk in the chest on stream (which had no full stop) and in the same stream, when he gave to Smarty, the disk had a full stop (which he didn't noticed). Now, tell me who wasn't streaming? Andreo and Smarty (as Ajju wasn't mad to change the disk himself). Smarty could and couldn't have changed the disk. He could have changed it as at the time Ishan decided to give the disk to Smarty, he was near the place the disk was kept (see Ishan's stream). He couldn't as at the time Ishan was keeping the disk, Smarty was talking to Ujjwal and Fleet in the skylands (and he might not know where the disk was). So, whose left? Andreo. He could have seen Ishan keeping the disk. Who left the game in between the court hearing? Andreo. So see, it was either Andreo or Smarty who might have done all this (though it seems that Andreo would have done it, but there's something fishy about Smarty being near the place where the disk was kept). I know I might be totally wrong.
NOTE: NO HATE. I LIKE ALL HEROBRINE MEMBERS AND IT IS SCRIPTED ALL RIGHT. BUT, HEROBRINE SMP IS ALWAYS ENTERTAINING AND MAKING SUCH THEORIES AND ASSUMING IT IS ALL UNSCRIPTED MAKES IT ALL MORE REAL AND FUN (so if you have any argument about scripted and all, then please don't comment).

Pro tip :- If you want to stop any zombie from despawning but you don't have any nametag, you can give zombie anything which he can put in his hand like any one block, any tool, etc things in Minecraft .
