I got this done in 2018 I had so many on my neck so I went to the dermatologist btw it was not this one… she did this and it burned ouch I didn’t care much for the pain I just really wanted to get rid of them after about 2 to 3 weeks they were gone but the scars took about a year to disappear I was like wth 🤦🏻‍♀️ it looked bad there’s days I had to wear a scarf .. now the scars have completely disappeared but even so I wouldn’t do it again.. if you tie a hair strand to a skin tag as tight as you can they will fall off in about 4 days it really works only thing it’s a bit annoying trying to do it yourself…btw not sure if it would work on really big ones, it works on small ones also you can use dental floss too the really thin one tie a knot on them trust me it worked for me….

Skin tags are awful and hideous. This is usually inherited.

Couldn’t sleep at night knowing I had balls of flesh sprouting from my skin. Idk how people don’t care that they are there.
